Shipping policy
Turn around time for items is between 2-4 weeks. The day after you order is considered your day 1. Once the item has shipped we have no control over what happens to your package. We highly suggest purchasing the route insurance with every order that is being shipped. Route will insure your item(s) if they have not arrived within 10 days of shipping.
Pickup Policy:
👉You have 7 days from the day you were tagged or an online notification was sent to your email/text OR you will need to Venmo $8 for me to ship your item
👉If you do not Venmo and do not pickup within the 7 days then I cannot control what happens to your package when it comes to the elements-- for reference I have packages in the bin that have been there over a year. You will not be refunded if you choose not to pickup within the time frame and something happens to your item
👉If you come to pickup your package and it is dark, please do not approach the porch unless the porch light is on. There are steps leading to the porch, so if you choose to get a package and the light is not on, you are assuming all responsibility if you trip or fall.
