Refund policy

The only time a refund will be issued is if your order is outside of the listed turn around time (turn around starts the day after you order), on the site, and you request for your order to be canceled instead of completed. If you wish to cancel an order BEFORE it has been made, a store credit will be issued. Personalized items may not be returned. If there is an error in an item you must notify, through email, within 5 days of your pickup notification going out or 3 days of receiving the item if it was shipped.  If there is an error in the item, due to the shop, then the customer will have the option for a store credit or for the item to be remade.
